Institutions Innovation Council (IIC)

Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Govt. of India has recently established ‘MHRD’s Innovation Cell (MIC)’ to promote innovation by providing eco-system in our campus and also by identifying, mentoring, nurturing innovative and entrepreneurial potential of students and transforming them into start-up entrepreneurs by provided avenues of funding, investment opportunities and networking support to make the innovation and venture successful.

IC has envisioned encouraging creation of "Institution's Innovation Council (IICs)" across selected HEIs. A network of these IICs is established to promote innovation in the Institution through multitudinous modes leading to an innovation promotion eco-system in the campuses. PCASIIC focuses on IIC activities, MIC activities, celebration activity and self-driven activities that promote innovation, entrepreneurship, startup, and incubation as directed by the MIC.

Objectives of IIC

To explore innovative and creative ideas in various domains from faculty members and students.
To create a platform for the creative aspirants, where their innovative ideas and concepts will be incubated and realized.
To identify the budding entrepreneurs, groom them and help them to become successful business person.
