About the Department

The Department of English enjoys the status of being the only department that has contact with every student at the undergraduate level. We create an awareness of the growing importance of English language and to develop the communication abilities of the students with greater emphasis on spoken English, to educate, enlighten and courage the individuals in the use of English through workshops, literature classes and competitions.
